About the project

Rudolph Place is a £115 million, 37-floor tower development in the heart of London’s riverside Vauxhall neighbourhood.

Rudolph Place | Projects | DPR

This landmark project by developer Downing involved the demolition of an existing building on the site to make way for 841 new student rooms, along with office space, a café, and other community facilities.

DPR was brought in to provide expert advice on rights of light, daylight, sunlight and shadowing to facilitate smooth project delivery.

The development completed in 2021.
